Whatever gives your soul joy... do that!!
Here are three easy ways to help you find what gives you joy:
1. Pay attention to how different things make you feel over the next month. Instead of focusing on money or what others think, notice what truly makes you happy inside. Connect with the feeling of what money, status or worthiness gives you. 2. Remember, it's important to be calm to understand your feelings well. Take time to relax before thinking about what brings you joy. By being in a state of calmness you can connect to your Truth, as opposed to reacting from a state of 'Survival' - which is based on your limiting belief system. 3. Once you find something that makes you really happy, think about what exactly makes it so great. Again... connect with the feeling of it. Where in your body do you feel the positive feeling connected to this joy? This can help you find other things that you might enjoy too. And if that all sounds too hard or out of reach, find a friend, coach, professional or someone like me to guide you through connecting to your desired outcome. Often we think we are focussed on what we want, but instead are focussing on the lack of it. That which you focus on you give power to. So, are you focussed on what you want, or what the lack of your desired outcome?
